** Conditions for Refunds and Returns **

• Damage During Shipping or Transit: If an item is damaged in transit, it may be eligible for a return and or refund.
• Lost in Transit: Items that are lost during delivery will be refunded in full. Except in cases of damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances. No refund will be initiated.
• Authenticity Issues : If a Rudraksha is proven to be inauthentic by a certified third-party lab, a 100% refund will be issued. The customer bears the lab inspection costs.
• Order Delays : If there is a delay exceeding 27 days in processing your order, and no prior communication was sent by us or Rudra’s Ansh is not aware of the purchase regarding the delay, you may be eligible for a full refund.

** Requirements for Returns **

• An unboxing video and supporting photos are required for any return and or refund claims. Send your refund and return request at rudrasansh2828@gmail.com
• The returns should be initiated within 12hours of having received the parcel.

** Non-Refundable Items **

• All products purchased from Rudra’s Ansh are energized for individual clients as per their personal requirements, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Customized products created specifically for a client’s requirements are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

** Eligibility for Refunds **

• Rudra’s Ansh provides refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition. Items that have been energized, damaged, tampered with, or visibly altered are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Refunds are subject to a detailed review process, which may take up to 30 days to complete.

** Return Process: **

We recommend allowing Rudra’s Ansh to manage the reverse courier process. If you choose to return the item on your own and it gets lost, stolen, or misplaced, Rudra’s Ansh will not be liable for the loss. We strongly encourage you to contact us to arrange the reverse pickup for safe and documented return. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
